Bread & Butter Society Welcome to this All New program by Sandy’s great friend, Kaye England! It lasts for six sessions, once a month, and you will be making some great projects, large and small, and you can take a turn at cooking along the way, as she has named the quilts after food items. We’ll give you the recipe for making the edible version of the same. Our first project is a Peanut Butter Bars and Jelly Stars quilt and I’ll bet you can figure out what your snack will be!Sign up early so you have time to get your supplies together. There is no requirement for making your project out of specific fabric though we do have many Bread & Butter Collection prints available. You can choose any fabric combinations you like. We will get that baby whipped up in no time at all. All the handouts are in color, so they are easy to follow. It’s going to be great fun. Kaye and Sandy have known each other for many, many years and Sandy knows quite a few secrets about Kaye, so she just might have you laughing in the aisles. You have to promise that none of this gets back to her! Kaye doesn’t realize that she’s a lot older than Sandy and it might hit her hard. The classes meet on the second Sundays from 1 to 4pm. Bring your stash, an empty notebook to keep all your papers in, and your machine along with your general sewing supplies. We promise to make it a fun and rewarding time. Join with a friend who likes to laugh. Cost is $60 which averages out to be just $10/class (payable all at once, please.) Sundays, 1-4 PM: June 12, July 10, Aug 14, Sept 11, Oct 9, and Nov 13. |
