Class Policies

Classes are to be paid in full at time of registration to assure your place.

No class refunds given for cancellations within one week of class should you choose to cancel. Class credit can often be issued. Classes which do not meet minimum enrollment will be cancelled about three days prior to class. Refunds can be issued for those classes we must cancel.

In this recession, inventories are down everywhere, including with our suppliers. In order to provide enough time and assure we can order and receive the supplies needed for your class, registrations must close one week prior to class. Call for space and supply availability if you wish to register after the “one week ahead deadline.”

No refunds or credits will be issued for guest teachers or events.

We respectfully insist that you purchase your supplies for our classes at our shop.

No tape recorders, guests or children.

If weather is threatening, please call the shop for possible cancellation notification.

Skill Levels – To ensure your success, classes have been identified as follows:

• Level 1  Has a sewing machine and knows how to operate it
• Level 2  Can quickly and accurately rotary cut without assistance. Maintains 1/4" seam allowance without help.
• Level 3  Knows most fast machine piecing techniques, strip piecing, etc.
• Level 4  Intermediate skills.
