Hey tweens, teens and adults, here’s a fun project for you to learn some sewing basics while making a cool sleep shirt and pillowcase for your next sleepover. Nancy will teach you all the steps. Bring your BFF for even more fun! $25

Flange Pillow

This pillow has flat edge beyond the puffy part of the pillow. It’s like a ruffle, but it is flat and tailored, not ruffled. $25

Knife Edge Pillow
Level 2, Nancy
The front and back sides of a knife edge pillow come together just as a seam. There is no ruffle or cording. It is the simplest pillow of all to make. Nancy will show you a method of constructing the pillow so that the cover can come off and be laundered. $25

Mock Box Pillow

A variation of the knife edge style pillow, this cube shaped pillow has soft, undefined edges. Learn to insert a zipper closing if you choose or use the envelope back or the lap closure. $25

Box Pillow

Box pillows are cube shaped having fronts and backs of the same shape and size, joined together with a strip of fabric known as a boxing strip. You can use piping to help define the seams. $25
