Embroidery Club
We will be continuing our Jenny Haskins Heritage Quilt. What an heirloom we are creating! Class meets the third Monday of the month at 6 PM. $10 per session.
Jun 20 – Block 13 and 16 are very similar and are the corner blocks on the bottom of the quilt. These are similar to the corner blocks at the top of the quilt, so we will discuss and work on these together.
Jul 18 – Block 14 contains a gorgeous bow and wreath with three dimensional flowers decorating the wreath. This would make someone a very special pillow too.
Aug 15 – Our last block uses fabric collage and ribbon weaving to construct the block which is then enhanced with our very familiar embroidery decoupage. Next we will be ready to put the quilt together!
